Here's the expansion tank I added into the plumbing yesterday. I put it in because the water hater kept leaking out of the T&P valve at the top (the white tube going into the yellow bucket). It was pretty tricky to install but it actually stopped the leak!

My first attempt at sweating pipes... no leak on the new valve, but old main valve leaks when shut off & Also found out there is NO shut off for hot water heater... seems like I'll be doing more of the same....
