266 / 365 March 23, 2011 This is Peter and being #1 Wallaby fan couldn't be further than the truth. We worked together in 1997 in London, and we he lives with his partner and two gorgeous kids in Wellington. I have been to Wellington twice, and both times I have caught up with Peter. We also caught up at the seminar I went to in January, and you can see him previously in my 365 in the comments of when I visited Old Towne. For a Kiwi, I guess he isn't too bad. I had to write that as I am guessing he will look at the pic. We had a great time have a couple of beers and grabbing some Korean Food (I went over on calorie intake, but I still logged everything). We promised that we need to introduce our kids to each other. Sue still speaks of the times when Peter's oldest daughter was 5 and she used to read and play with her in London. Their second daughter had just arrived on the scene, and Ryan ended up coming back around the same time to Oz with us.

Ok, ppl...after reading this, you may think I'm crazy but I'm just being honest. I don't take weight gain well. Obviously, I'm petite but I'm at my heaviest weight right now. Now, I found this news out Friday night when I finally went to the gym and got on the scale. I won't tell you my weight b/c some of you guys will probably slap me through the screen but it's MY heaviest. So, I did my work-out routine as planned but as soon as I got home, I threw out the tortilla chips and the cola cola gummies my friend bought me as a little gift. I found this website calorie count which allows you to keep track of your calorie intake and keeps a log of your activity level along with your weight. It also calculates your BMI, BMR and suggest your calorie intake for weight loss. Now, I don't plan on starving myself b/c my brain needs its glucose but I'm watching what goes into my mouth and the crunches marathon has already begun! Project 365: Day 75

The Pocket Food & Exercise Diary
This 10-week food and exercise diary is simple to use and very effective. University studies show that persons who use a food diary not only lose more weight, they also keep it off! It is non-dated so can be started anytime. There are separate columns for food calories and exercise calories. At the end of the day columns are totalled and exercise calories can be deducted from food calories. A further column allows for fat grams.
