Neuropsychiatric/neurologic disorder classification/prediction

Neuroimaging based interventions including brain disorder classification/regression
 (1) Estimation for an early sign of Alzheimer's disease
Identification of the differences of structural and functional magnetic resonance imaging data between healthy control (HC) and Alzheimer's disease (AD) groups. e.g. Hippocampus–precuneus functional connectivity as an early sign of Alzheimer's disease (Kim J., BR, 2013)

Overall flow for functional connectivity analysis                         FC differences between HC and AD group

(2) Classification of mild cognitive impairment (MCI)
Both structural MRI (sMRI) and functional MRI (fMRI) data of subject were used to classify the MCI status of the subject and yield a markedly increased classification accuracy compared to either the sMRI or fMRI data (Kim and Lee, MRI, 2013).
