This is the Google Site for the Balik-Scientist Program of Ricolindo L. Carino. He was requested by the University of the Philippines Los Banos (UPLB) to serve as a short-term expert, with the general task of upgrading the software utilized by UPLB to automate certain registration-related activities. UPLB intends to make the software available to other higher education institutions (HEIs) for a minimal fee; hence, HEIs in the Philippines also potentially benefit from the Program.

In this site you will find online copies of formal documents required by the Program, as well as an informal commentary by the expert. Updates to the site will be posted regularly while the Program is ongoing. Hopefully, fellow experts will be encouraged to join the BSP after visiting this site.
