My name is Beau Soederhuizen and I am an Economist at the Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis (CPB), the division Macro-economic analysis. My research covers topics on monetary policy, financial economics, macroeconomics, and fiscal policy.

Currently I am the project leader of the annual CPB-Financial Risk Report, which sketches some of the main potential risks to the Dutch financial sector and real economy. Recently we have published a CPB paper on the impact of souring energy prices on the financial position of firms, and a paper on the implications of changes in insolvency law on the leverage structure of European corporations.

This is my personal website. Here you can find an overview of some of my research and my curriculum vitae. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
