The Service Guild, in conjunction with the Evangelism Board delivered 5 beautiful lap blankets to the Disabled American Veterans in Bradenton,  on Tuesday, Sept. 18.   We thank Janice Cascio for these beautiful lap blankets.

Recently the Beautiful Savior Quilters delivered 51 Nap Mat Quilts to the Redlands Christian Migrant School in Palmetto.  The Quilters have been busy working to make these quilts and have them ready for the migrant children returning from up north.  The school was pleased as usual to receive our quilts for the babies.  The Quilters also are working to make quilts that the pastors deliver to members of our church who are seriously ill.

The Quilters meet on Thursdays at 10 a.m. in the Wayman Still Fellowship Hall  and break for lunch together, and then may stay until 3 p.m. to complete projects.  No prior experience in quilting is necessary, just willing hands and a desire to help.  If interested, bring a bag lunch and please come join us.   You will be most welcome.
