Welcome  to our church family!  We invite you to come and learn about Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.  He invites us all to receive His free gift of salvation.

We believe:

  • In the Triune God: Father, Son &Holy Spirit.
  • The Bible is the inspired Word of God.
  • Man is saved only through faith in Jesus Christ.

Our purpose is to:

  1. Proclaim the free gift of salvation to all
  2. Thank & praise God for His continual blessings
  3. Grow & reach out in Christian faith.
We invite you to worship with us and join in fellowship as part of our spiritual family.

“We grow in faith, as a family through outreach, worship and service”

Dear Congregation Members:

The following are updates to church and worship procedures related to the COVID pandemic that the Church Council adopted at its meeting on May 11, 2021.

As the national, state and local thinking evolves, we as a congregation need to do the same.  Members have been urging our making modest changes in line with available information in this area.  Numerous groups within the church have been looking at this in recent weeks including the Elders, Parish Health, Staff and leadership.  All these changes are voluntary.  We will continue to have online worship available as well as drive up communion. The current changes include:

1.    Access to pews will no longer be blocked with tape.

2.    Social distancing will continue to be encouraged.

3.    Wiping down of pews with disinfectant between services will cease unless some special circumstance arises.

4.    Wearing of masks while singing or attending church in general will be optional.

5.    Hand sanitizer will continue to be made available in the Narthex.

6.    Bibles and hymnals will be returned to the pews.

We thank God for his protection of members during the pandemic.  We also want to thank the congregation for all of its pandemic related efforts to keep people safe while attending church in the past.  We will continue to monitor the situation and make further updates as is prudent going forward.

Beautiful Savior Church Council

Dear Friends in Christ:

Please read the Guidelines and Assumption of Risk statement carefully; (see below). Consider your personal situation along with state and federal virus information before making a decision about returning to worship at this time. We will be sending out an email asking you to sign-up for worship early next week. God bless you and Beautiful Savior.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and isolation.

Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (BSLC) has been defined as an essential service by the State of Florida and has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. However, BSLC cannot guarantee that you or your family will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attendance could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By attending church services, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending a service and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death.

I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others. By attending services at BSLC, I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury or harm to my family or myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind.

If you do not feel well, have a cough, the flu, high temperature, have pre-existing conditions, a compromised immune system or any other condition that may cause you to be more susceptible to Coronavirus/COVID-19, you should stay home at this time.
