Our business anticipates opening June 2019

The flavors of artisan-based Coal-fired pizzas and speciality macaroni and cheese side dishes will change weekly. Pizzas will be available as 12” pies and slices. Examples include:

1. The BSG (red sauce with tomato, mozzarella, basil)

2. Mineral City (red sauce with artichoke, olive, caper, red onion, roasted garlic, shaved lemon, parmesan)

3. Route 23 (basil pesto sauce with mozzarella)

4. The Miner (white sauce with mozzarella, garlic, olive oil, portobello mushroom)

5. Three Forks (white sauce with confit garlic, rosemary, lemon salt, mozzarella, asiago, parmesan, romano cheese)

Gluten Free crust available for extra charge

Coal-fired oven Baked Mac & Cheese Bowl
