Meet The Owners

Brian Jeffrey has long-standing family roots in Wise County, VA.

Brian's mother, Nancy Countiss Smith, and his Pappy (Thomas), Granny (Dollie), and Uncle (Thomas) gave him his musical bloodline. Brian graduated from Powell Valley High School in 1987 and later moved to North Carolina to start his career and family. He has been with UNC-Chapel Hill in IT for over 20 years and is also a musician. He and long-time friend and BSG native, Stephen Humbert, are The Gleaners
