Troop 25 had the privilege to welcoming three new scouts into the Troop.
Blake, Caleb and Travis all crossed over from Pack 25 to continue on
their journey down the scouting path. These boys along with Jace, Jacob,
Connor, Zac and Tommy went to the District Klondike Derby. With the new
Scouts using what they've just learned and the older using what they use
daily, this patrol of boys finished a strong fourth at the Derby. Well Done

Thanks to the Rustic Bar for the fundraising opportunity at the Spirit Valley Days, by providing the troop the use of a dunk tank. Many from Troop 25 and from the surrounding community sat above the chilled water to help support the troop. The Troop also was given the opportunity to earn more funds by selling water during the Spirit Valley Days Parade. Again Thank You West Duluth, Spirit Valley and others in the community for helping support the Boy Scouts of Troop 25.

We had a few Troop member attend this conclave this year at Charles L. Somers Canoe Base.
Matt P, Skylar K and adult leader Dave P, along with the others, helped with various service projects around camp. This helps the staff prepare the base for the upcoming spring/summer season. Jacob S and Evan B where nominated for their Ordeal and made it though the Ordeal process. Well done boys on completing that task. Jared E, Dustyn G and Adult leader Josh E become Brotherhood members. Congrats to them as well. Tom O was nominated for Vigil Honor, great accomplishment in itself. We definitely hope you are awarded this high mark of distinction. Lastly, our own Mitch P was given the Founder's Award. This is an award that recognizes Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to their lodge. Awesome accomplishment and honor.
