Everyone should be turning in Medical Forms A & B to Mr. Haughey, as soon as possible.   If you plan on going to Summer Camp, you will need a physical, and have your doctor fill out Form C.

Updated Annual Medical Forms are needed for any scouts (and adults) that did not attend summer camp and want to go on an upcoming camp-out. Medical form Part A & B need to be filled out and signed by a parent/guardian for any Boy Scout activity. If you have been in the troop for more than a year and not submitted a new form recently, they have changed and you need to fill out the new form.

          BADGES

Cyber ChipScouts will be able to get the Cyber Chip requirement signed off by Mr. Moore by completing the requirements for your given grade level. The Cyber Chip is a requirement for several Merit Badges, and without a sign-off, the Merit Badge is still a partial.
