Advent Resources
This is a collection of various resources that one can use during the season of Advent. Included are devotional books that take one through the season; web sties that have advent resources as well as links to sites that have resources for all of the liturgical year where you can pull out Advent resources.

Liturgical Year Sites
This site from Durham University has readings throughout the church year, using a 2 year cycle. You can download these MS Word documents. There is one document for the Bible Scripture readings and a document for the Patristic Readings. There is a set for Advent.

Divine Office or Liturgy of the Hours
This site has prayers to use throughout the day If you want to follow along with prayers that the Catholic Church uses. You can read the text or follow along by listening to the audio. The office called the "Office of Readings" will have an excerpt from a writing usually from an Early Church Father.
