Computer Skills

My IT support position requires that I am familiar with many computing packages even if I am by no means an expert user. I am a competent network administrator and can do daily server administration, change passwords, permissions, create new shares and oversee the backups. I have one virtual domain controller running under Hyper-V and another file server running MS Server 2003.
