Brothers within Saint Joseph are strongly committed to helping one another follow this vision set before them:

The Brotherhood of Saint Joseph is a fellowship of baptized men, eighteen years and older, who are members of the International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church and are committed to the doctrine, discipline, and worship of the ICCEC.  They are practicing members of a local congregation, which means they are committed to the weekly reception of the Holy Eucharist, the Daily Office of Morning Prayer, disciplined study of Holy Scripture, and regular Sacramental Confession.  They are submitted to the authority of the officers of the Brotherhood of Saint Joseph, their local parish priest, and the Bishop of the Diocese.  They owe special allegiance to the Patriarch of the ICCEC.

The Brotherhood is committed to the task of building men of God who listen to the voice of the Lord and obey His commandments.  The men who are married are committed to building strong Christian families, by rejecting passivity, accepting responsibility, leading with courage, keeping their marital vows, and looking towards an eternal reward in Christ Jesus.  The Brotherhood is committed to protecting the Christian family from the assaults of a secular humanistic culture.  We are strongly Pro-Life and committed to ending abortion throughout the world though prayer, action, and giving. The Brotherhood actively ministers to widows and the fatherless.  The Brotherhood supports the vision of the Patriarch, the Bishop, and the local parish priest through prayer, action, and giving through the Biblical tithe.
