MY DEMO PAINTING FOR THE WORKSHOP
We just returned from a memorable Painting in Paradise workshop in Rarotonga in the Cook Islands, South Pacific. We all had a wonderful time. Lifetime memories and friendships were made. The image to the left is the demonstration painting, a camellia, that I did for the class.
Our workshop was held just off the beach at our resort from 9:00 to 12:00 each day. Right after the workshop we all had lunch together at a different restaurant each day. Then we explored and played on the island all afternoon and evening.
Check back soon to see paintings by the workshop participants. I'm hoping that they will send me their flower paintings to post on the bottom of the page.
COMMENTS FROM PARTICIPANTS DURING THE WEEK:
"I wish we could stay for a month."

"I agree...it's one of the best days of my life too!"

OUR MOTLEY CREW
Here's our group photo (one couple missing), taken in the main plaza at our resort just as the sun was setting.
One of the husbands said to me: "This is the most fun thing our wives have ever done!"
