(We will return your deposit if we are unable to fulfill your order for unforeseen circumstances)

Pasture/woodland raised pork
Whole: $2.75/lb (Carcass weight) Half: $2.85/lb (Carcass Weight)

Berkshire Pork (Please contact us for timing/availability before ordering)
Whole: $3.25/lb     Half: $3.35/lb.

(Fee charged after delivery to Butcher once we have the hanging carcass weight-less your deposit. This does not include processing fees paid directly to butcher)

* Whole hog carcass weights typically run in the 180-230 lb range-please indicate if you would prefer a larger or smaller hog according to your needs. 

Customer pickup after processing at Butcher Maurice’s Meat Market Canterbury (Arrangements can be made if you prefer a different processor. Please specify in the notes)  

*Processing Fees to be paid by customer to butcher at the time of pickup. 

Pork will be available late summer through fall.
