Counselling is a private time with a qualified experienced practitioner in which you can explore your feelings and difficulties. Counselling can address almost as many emotional difficulties as the human race experiences!

Counselling is often seen as a  ‘talking therapy’.   At BPT&CS,  I offer an ‘integrative’ approach so if you wish, you can talk things through, or you can  explore and resolve difficulties through art, visualisations, and even toys!  These creative approaches can be very powerful and effective.  I will also, if this is something you want, be able to provide ideas of things to do at home to maximize the benefit you gain from your counselling sessions.
