About Me

Hi, my name is Hannah Bridge.  I am a trained, experienced and professional counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Play Therapist registered with the British Association of Play Therapists and a Trained Trainer’ with a post-graduate background in Training, Organisational Development and Personnel Development, particularly in higher education.  

My Therapeutic Approach
 
I am an Integrative and Creative Therapist.  I trained as a psychodynamic Counsellor and as a person-centred Play Therapist. I am eclectic in my Continuing Professional Development and draw from a range of approaches, in particular Gestalt, Transpersonal, Psychosynthesis, Transactional, and all the Creative approaches.  Up-to-date research and practice in ‘Attachment’ and ‘Trauma’ are core, to my therapeutic work.
