Transfers

  • Overview An attempt to evaluate and put in context the 13 following articles on the use of Transfers in Competition.
  • Article 1 - Transfers after intervention over 1NT. An improvement on Lebensohl 2NT.
  • Article 2 - Transfers into opponents suit - Stop Asking Stayman. An essential addition if you are playing the transfers described in Article 1.
  • Article 3 - T.ransfers when opposition make conventional bids over 1NT. Most opponents use Asptro, Landy, or some other method over 1NT which can be effectively handled with Transfers.
