SAT Practice Instructions

SAT Practice Suggestions

The official practice that Central High School strongly suggests is using Khanacademy.org

Central High School staff have been working with students and our goal is to have every student have a COLLEGEBOARD.org account and KHANACADEMY.org account. The reason we ask students to create 2 accounts are below.

Collegeboard.org account = Access to PSAT/SAT Score

Khanacademy.org account = Access to personalized SAT Access.

The goal is to have students see their PSAT/SAT on Collegeboard.org and have those score guide their SAT practice directly.

The directions for creating accounts are below, but please see the 2 documents at the bottom of the page for directions as well.

Linking CollegeBoard and Khan Academy Accounts

COLLEGE BOARD ACCOUNT FIRST:

1. Students can sign in to their exisiting College Board Account or create one here: Collegeboard.org

Once logged in students will see their College Board Dashboard

(**Student dashboards may vary based on PSAT 8/9, PSAT 10th/11th NMSQT, SAT)

2. Once logged into College Board, the students will be able to link to Khan Academy by clicking on the SAT Practice on Khan Academy Icon!

3. When prompted, the students will be able to link their accounts by clicking send!
