  • Hiatus At the October meeting the BNA Leadership Team decided to take a break from regular meetings while working on revisions to the bylaws. A meeting will be announced in the early Spring.

  • Road Surface Survey Briarcrest Neighbors:Do you have opinions about the new road surfaces in Briarcrest? Here's your opportunity to share them with the officials responsible for the resurfacing program. The following is an invitation from the City:New pavement treatment extends life, reduces costThe City of Shoreline resurfaced streets this summer and we're looking for your feedback.  The process used in Shoreline consist of a two-part application of asphalt and cover aggregate (small rock) called Bituminous Surface Treatment (BST). BSTs are widely used to extend the life of a road, create a new wearing course and waterproof existing pavement. Costs are generally 75% less than the cost of a typical asphalt overlay, allowing for greater road coverage.  The ...

  • Wood Chips and Old Newspapers Here's a chance to help beautify Briarcrest:  On Sunday, September 28th, at 12:30 p.m., volunteers from the First Christian Reformed Church will be weeding the street-end site at 147th and 27th Ave NE.
