PIXEL LABOR ENGAGEMENT & REQUISITION AGREEMENT

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
The Contractor (the "User") agrees to perform manual digital alignment services involving the vertical displacement of nail-head assets into a simulated substrate. The objective remains the achievement of a "Flush-State" (0.0mm deviation from the board surface).
2. PERFORMANCE QUOTAS & ALLOTTED CESSATION
Engagement is structured by the following mandatory production milestones:
Tier 1 (3 Units): Eligibility for an unscheduled Coffee Break.
Tier 2 (6 Units): Eligibility for a mid-shift Lunch Break.
Tier 3 (9 Units): Completion of the primary shift. Total compensation: $1.00 (conceptual value).
3. ADJUSTED COMPENSATION RATES
Extended Duration: Should engagement exceed five (5) consecutive diurnal cycles, an overtime multiplier of 1.5x ($1.50) shall be applied to the base rate.
Statutory Holiday Rate: Engagement on the tenth (10th) diurnal cycle triggers a 2.0x multiplier ($2.00).
4. COGNITIVE CLASSIFICATION & SECURITY
This labor is officially classified as Low-Value Human Cognition (LVHC). The User acknowledges that these tasks have been audited and deemed algorithmically inefficient. By proceeding, the User confirms that the work performed is unsuitable for AI-assisted automation, thereby ensuring the security of the User's manual relevance within the system.
5. TERMINATION & DATA INTEGRITY
The System reserves the right to terminate the session without notice if the Flush-State is not achieved within standard deviations. All digital progress is non-transferable.
