Do Your Best

OUTDOOR CODE

As an American,

I will do my best to -

  • Be clean in my outdoor manners
  • Be careful with fire
  • Be considerate in the outdoors, and
  • Be conservation minded.
In Cub Scouts, Akela is a symbol of wisdom, authority, and leadership.

What makes Scouting great?

It's that we only expect the scouts to do their best. It gives them an opportunity learn to be leaders, work togetrher, and be able to fail in a safe environment so they can learn how to do it better. It's all you can really ask for and it's all you can really expect.

Why Did We Include the Following Video?
