Chicken Wings:
You will need to cut off the small part of the wing, and de-bone just the wing area keeping the bone in the drum still intact. The easiest way to do it was to twist the wing bones, press the chicken meat down so that you can get a better grip on the bones. Once you have pulled the bones out, make sure the wing goes back to its normal state, and set aside.

Ground Pork:

In a bowl, combine the pork, green onions, white onions and garlic. Now for the sauces I don't really have measurements. I basically just use about 2 table spoons of oyster sauce,  1 tablespoon of fish sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix it all together and then add about 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and a dash of black pepper. Mix it all together, take a tiny bit and zap it in the microwave to taste the pork. I usually add a little bit more of soy sauce and salt and oyster sauce if needed.

Next, start stuffing the chicken wing with the pork mixture and set aside on a plate. Continue until all of the wings are stuffed.

You can either bake the chicken at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, longer if needed. Or you can fry them in oil. I prefer frying because its fast and crispier.
