The courses are led by Breathworks Mindfulness Trainer Kay Tremayne (Ratnadakini)

Kay has practised and taught mindfulness through courses, retreats and workshops in UK and New Zealand for over thirty years. She is a certified trainer for the Breathworks mindfulness-based pain and stress management programme.

Ratnadakini (Kay) is available for home visits, for those times in-between courses or for anyone who is unable to attend a course due to illness. These sessions can be tailor made to each person's requirements, instruction on mindfulness practice and strategies to help with the immediate circumstances.
