Mindfulness-Based Stress Course 2013

This secular mindfulness-based course is designed for people suffering from stress, anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, pain or illness. It is also suitable for anyone wishing to learn mindfulness practices or meditation.

By the end of the course you will have a toolkit of techniques which will help you deal with everyday stress and support a richer, calmer life.

Course Details

  • Dates: Three sessions on June 9th, June 23rd, July 7th (10am-2pm) and one final session on July 13th (10am-5pm).
  • Venue: The Greenbank Sports Academy Conference Centre, Liverpool L17. (Free parking and cafe) 
  • Cost: £200. The course fee includes handouts and three CD sets of guided meditations. There are a limited number of concessionary places and early bird special rates for advanced bookings. Please enquire about availability or visit the website below. Booking in advance is essential.
