I teach Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga for all levels. During yoga classes I will use essential oils to enrich the aromatherapy during class.
My yoga testimony: After the birth of my second child, I was looking for a fitness class. My desire was go get back in shape and improve my body image. Shortly after taking a beginner's yoga class in September 2013, I realized that yoga is so much more than body image! I was healthy! As I focused on full, cleansing breaths my physical and mental health was improving. Now I practice yoga daily for all its benefits.
My essential oils testimony: When my two-year-old son was showing the same breathing problems that my eleven-year-old had at that age, I sought out alternatives to prescription and over-the-counter medicines. After researching my options, in April 2015 I started using a blend of oils and his night-time coughing completely stopped. One simple routine made a difference in his health and in everyone's ability to sleep. This opened the door to more essential oils and their benefits for my family.
