No Show Policy for GC

Most of our gift certificates are good for 6 months to one year after the date of purchase. Gift certificates are transferable however if the gift certificate is lost or stolen we need to know who originally purchased it in order to be able to honor it. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion if the gift certificate is not presented at the time of service.

We may choose to void a gift certificate if the client no call/no shows at the appointment time they set up to use the gift certificate. If you purchased a package and no call/no show for a session you scheduled we will subtract one session from your package equal to the amount of time scheduled.

If you received the gift certificate through a charity or donation a no call/no show will void the gift certificate regardless of how many sessions were listed on the gift certificate. Charity/donated gift certificates cannot be traded for other types of service. Yoga cannot be traded for massage and vice versa.

Any exceptions to these policies are at our own discretion.

A "no call/no show" is when a client schedules an appointment and does not show or call to cancel the session.

We have a very liberal cancellation policy. Call before the time of your session to cancel if you cannot make it, and this will not be a problem.
