used a dodgy Jamie Oliver recipe with no cooking time or temperatures stated... Useless!! Added a bit of dry Malt Extract, Rolled Oats, Crushed Wheat Malt and crushed Crystal Wheat Malt. Not quite right yet!! ha ha ha, the crust on the bits that weren't burnt tasted good but the middle was soggy!!

I recently picked up the Jim Lahey's book called My Bread. His uses a no-knead method to make his bread and cooks it in a big pot in the oven at high temperatures. After a few failed attempts I am starting to nail it (Thanks oven thermometer and parchment paper!).
