• Only members may host parties at the pool.
  • You book your party with Joan Bishop (click on her name to email her).
  • Always check the Calendar of Events to be sure that there isn't something already scheduled such as a Friday Swim Team Potluck or another party.
  • Parties should be booked at least 1 week in advance to make sure there is adequate guard coverage. 
  • Parties should be limited to 20 people, including adult chaperones.
  • Parties may use up to 3 of the pool's picnic tables; tables must be ones on the grassy area. Hosts may provide their own tables, chairs, umbrellas, etc., if the pool's are not adequate.
  • Weekend parties must choose a time slot of either 12-2 p.m. or 3-5 p.m. (plus a half-hour before and after for setup and cleanup). Only one party per time slot.
  • Party hosts are responsible for cleanup, including wiping down tables and disposing of trash.
  • Weekday parties may book for any time, and may exceed the guest limit, with the pool manager's permission.
  • Use of the grill is included, but guards should be notified if it is going to be used.
  • The pool is open to all members during this time.

Members are expected to clean up the area after a party. If the guards have to clean up the area, a $25 clean-up fee will be levied against the member.
