Week 1 Homework - Basic Economic Principles

I was unexpectedly tied up all weekend and so this week's homework is going up later than usual. Apologies, and going forward most assignments should go up Thursday or Friday evening. All homework assignments can be found on the Homework tab of the site.

For this week, the homework focuses on Basic Economic Principles, a Social Studies topic. The homework is a four page document that has a list of related terms that students should look up the definitions for, followed by about 32 questions taken directly from previous Academic Competitions (mostly multiple choice, with some fill in the blank). Students should complete the form, either on a PC and e-mailing me the completed document, or by printing it out and turning it in on Thursday.

I also highly recommend that after completing the assignment, students then go to Quizlet and create a deck of terms and definitions using the terms from the homework.
