PhD positions available - (APPOINTED)

Two 4-year doctoral positions to study epigenetic deregulation in human brain tumors and animal models are available. Students are invited to join a research team focusing  on
the molecular mechanisms of epigenetic dysfunctions in brain tumors, the role of epigenetics in glioma pathogenesis and shaping immune microenvironment of gliomas. The projects involves comprehensive analysis of epigenetic changes in brain tumors, developing animal models and validation of selected findings in cell culture models. We are  seeking a motivated students with experience either in molecular techniques related to whole genome epigenetics (DNAseq, chIP-seq) or neurobiology/immunology, and strong interest in epigenetics and pathobiology of brain tumors.
