Kacper A Walentynowicz

I have completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Wolverhampton (UK), where I did BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science. During this time I got involved in brain tumour research at the Brain Tumour UK Research Centre led by Professor John Darling. Inspired by the molecular neuro-oncology research, I went on to complete MSc degree in Molecular Medicine at the University of Sheffield (UK) in 2013. Following completion of my Masters course, I was awarded Marie-Curie PhD Studentship (MSCA Fellow) at the Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology (PL) and Max Delbruck Center for Molecular Medicine (DE) to pursue a project in immuno-neuro oncology.

My collaborative PhD project at the Laboratory of Molecular Neurobiology is investigating epigenetic changes in glioma microenvironment.
