Clients are expected to know their insurance benefits, co-pays, and coinsurance responsibilities.

By law, co-pays are due on the day of your appointment. 

Bonnie's office will assist in determining your insurance details.

Bonnie's office submits insurance and EAP claims so that you may concentrate on getting the help you need.
