Carthage Festival - October 21, 2017

9:30 AM - Call Time
10:00 AM - Depart
12:00 - At Carthage Park for Lunch (Beef Barn Shelter)
1:00 - Uniforms at Park - Depart for School

2:00 - Warmup
2:40 - At Gate
2:45 - Performance

6:45 - Prelim Awards

7:30 - Meet at trailers

If we make finals, we perform again.  If not, we go home.  Be prepared to stay to the end.  Finals begin at 8:00pm.  Awards at 10:00pm.  

FOOD - Bring money for concessions and a quick meal on the way home.  If we make finals, please keep food in your belly assuming we will perform after 8:00pm.  If anyone needs assistance with meals, please inform a director.  We will help you out any way we can.  This is a long day.

REMIND SENT 10-20-17

Tomorrow's marching festival at Carthage will be at the New High School stadium.  We will first go to the Cartage park Beef Barn Shelter for lunch, then on to the High School from there.  Admission is $7 (Adult) and $4 children (6-12).  Our students and helpers get in free.

Students will need money for concessions and a stop on the way home.  There will also be leftover lunch items, as well as a PBJ Table.  Kids with special diets can pack a lunch if necessary.  We may make finals, in which case we will perform again between 7-9pm.
