Homemade Pizza sauce

(very lightly adapted from The Cooking Photographer)

1 8-oz can tomato sauce

1 8-oz can tomato paste

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

fresh cracked pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon white vinegar

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl or a jar and mix well until combined and smooth.

Makes about 1 3/4 cups sauce
