To live better we all need a practice, a yoga, a training in Life. This is very very very important. There are some good practices, Body Mind Integral Training is one of them. BMIT is an easy and helpful yoga that
can be practiced by everyone at home and as it is said: "simplicity is the most difficult to achieve" and gives wonderful fruit.
A few tips can be found below the player, they are very useful to attend the sessions. Basically: I do some exercises, just follow me as I tell them. Just listening is useless, let´s do it.

We´ll need an hour or so. It is very convenient to have some more time left to return to our daily duties with no rush.
We need a quiet room with enough space to move around, a mat to lay down and a blanket to cover oneself up if it feels chilly. Should the space be limited, leave the mat aside when standing up and extend it back on the floor once it is needed again. In the bedroom the bed can be used instead. A seat may be useful. It is a very good idea to practice in a simple and comfortable place.
The sound not too laud. The BMIT session is audio, why? It is audio to improve the necessary insight with no distractions from any picture or video to watch.
And the light? a low light helps.
Usually, we start with the Footstep Exercise and finish with the Little Exercise. I do recommend the practice of the Little Exercise in bed every night for three, four or five minutes before falling asleep and anytime one feels the need to. They are learnt during the sessions.
Basically: I do some exercises, just follow me as I tell them. Let us be aware of our own limitations and not be too pushy. An athlete can practice and a person with physical constrains too. When raising a hand up, for instance, each one will do it to his/her own limit, not more. Another basic thing: listening only is useless, please, let´s move our body.
For those with a very restricted mobility: the body is always moving, every single cell of the body is moving...so, we need to feel deep inside to be aware of it...can be done. Let´s use our sensibility and imagination... let´s practice even if we are laying down in bed completely still. E-mail me, please, for further personal information on how to practice that way.
The sessions start with about five minutes of music: courtesy time for everybody to join when the session begins. At the end, some more music.
Sessions are held in basic english.
