A viewer presses a button on the front of the piece, which triggers a timed sequence of sound. The speakers are positioned so that when viewed properly the steady rhythm of a heartbeat tempo is heard in the left ear and a static sound in the right ear. The purpose of this sculpture is an investigation into the idea of complexities, where reality is a mixture of order and chaos.
