About me

Jiang You, born in Beijing, China is the first year Ph.D. student in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Stony Brook. He is currently doing his lab rotation in Dr. Pan's Lab focusing on the optical device development based on Optical Coherent Tomography(OCT) technology.
Jiang was issued his Bachelor degree in Tianjin University, China majoring in
Information Engineering (Photoelectric Information Engineering Orientation). In 2009, the last year of his undergraduate, he obtained an opportunity of studying in University of Dundee, UK, as an exchange student. In the following year, he continue to pursue his Master degree of biomedical engineering in Dundee focusing on the research of 3D model reconstruction for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)surgery research. In 2011 fall, he came to Stony Brook University to pursue his Ph.D. degree.
