Mayor of Cambridge

Let it not be said I only do the University:-) He's looking at portraits of the mayor and councillors at the time of the Great Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1897. "No women here at all," noted the mayor. On the opposite side of the room is another collection of portraits like this, but a hundred years later, and with quite a few women in office.
