Glass Reflection for picture
Glass Reflection for picture
LSM. Picture reflection. Great learning exercise. Bare flash fired from left at about 15 degrees above the picture frame. My Konica Minolta wireless is triggered by the pop-up flash. It generated harsh reflection on glass when uncovered and wouldn't trigger off-camera flash when covered. So the awkward angle is to remove the flash and just verify the exercise. A long cord or some wireless trigger system would be necessary for straight on shots with my equipment. First lesson learned was unique to my camera equipment. Second lesson learned was a result of the picture chosen. This picture was double bordered and recessed. So a normal hard shadow occurred. Option to remove would be shoot with the same flash opposite position to cancel out shadows ane evenly illuminate picture. Diffused light would minimize those shadows too, not sure the amount of fall off that would happen though.

Oh wow, what a fun day, We went to downtown Phoenix for some of my favorite type of pictures.. Senior pics! Finally got to test the new set up on some one while make a dime off of it! Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the results, had some over exposure due to the triggers not being able to trigger any faster than 1/250th, I'll be upgrading soon if I get one more shoot in!
