Berry Sweet Cobbler

3 cups of washed and drained mixed fresh blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries and raspberries
1 cup sugar
very small pinch of cloves
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons cornstarch OR 3 tablespoons King Arthur Pie Enchancer
pie dough - enough for 1 top

Mix berries with sugar and spices.  Pour berries into a 9 inch pie plate.  Cover berries with pie dough, if using dough at a cover and not cut-outs, be sure to make air vents in the top of the crust.  If using dough as cut out shapes, place uniformly around cobbler creating a top crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until berries are bubbling and crust is light brown.  Be sure to bake on the lowest oven rack and to place cobbler on a rimmed baking sheet to catch any drips.  Best served warm with vanilla ice cream.
