Bluegum Framing in the Community

The founder members of Bluegum Framing have always been actively involved in the communities we have lived in.  Here in NSW, it is no different.

Over the years, we have raised the awareness of local sports and needs in the community, as well as raising funds/sponsorship deals.

Here are a few organisations we have worked with:

    1. Carnivale Artes - Studio Artes

2. Berowra Musical Society

3. St Patricks School, Asquith

4. Hornsby Heights Public School

5. Hornsby Lions Junior Rugby

6. Asquith Golf club members

7. Hornsby Art Society

8. Hornsby Heights North Public School

9. Berowra Cricket Club

October/November 2009

We have been very busy of late with contributions to the HHPS and HH North Schools trivia nights.

Also, we have been invovled with Berowra Cricket Club and the Asquith Golf Club members, in the their respective fundraising efforts.

The Pope Frame

We recently framed a gift presented by the the Pope to the School on World Youth Day.

This is proudly on display in the main reception area of the school!

Project Quilt: Competed!

We were presented the challenge of framing this lovely '50 year celebration quilt' for the school. We quickly realised that a standard frame would not work here.

So we sourced several perspex outlets to find out what size we required, safety aspects, weight, cost, delivery, mounting systems etc...!

All in all, we put almost a full weeks work into this project and when it came to the final figures, we quickly realised that adding any hourly rate, would wipeout the funds raised by the children.

So at this point, we handed all the information over to Robert, and we stayed involved with the project until it was completed.

Here we are at a presentation from the school, we received a

Letter of Thank You, and a Certificate of Appreciation.

Studio ARTES/Carnivale ARTES

Recently, it was my pleasure to present a signed photograph of Manly's Glenn Stewart to a loyal Manly fan Mat.

Hornsby Lions Juniors

This fully signed Wallaby jersey, obtained by the one of the great coaches of the juniors, was auctioned at a fundraising event.

The jersey raised a nice four figure sum for the Juniors!
