The Detroit Lions ended all speculation and decided to go with the man who might semi-straighten out Lions QB Matt Stafford. Ex-Colts Lead Man and former Ravens O-Coordinator Jim Caldwell gets the Detroit Lions Head Man Post as that is a solid hire for the lions. The Deck is loaded now the Lions just have to win the NFC North and get to Winning Time. Another chore for Caldwell is getting that Lions "D" to play sound and fundamental Football....."Restore the Roar" as they try in "Restore Order" in Lions Nation.

49ers @ Panthers...Bolts @ Broncos...NFL Playoffs Week #2 as we get to the Final 4...January 12, 2014

The 49ers took a 10-9 loss at the Stick earlier in 2013 from the Panthers with no WR Michael Crabtree or locked in Scheme. Now they get the Panthers inn Carolina with possibly no elements and it will be Panthers QB Cam Newton's 1st game. That Panthers  and 49ers "D" are both special and we will see who comes out on top.

The 2nd game of the day is the Chargers vs Broncos as the Bolts just beat Denver a month or so ago and now they get one more shot at the Broncos in Mile High. Can the Broncos with a suspect "D" stop Rivers and Company who are running the Pig at a high rate? Can the Chargers stop the United in Orange Passing Game led by manning Mile High and all those weapons?
