Try this dressing with our salad greens, or when you are looking for a classic dressing with a little kick.
½ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup good grainy Dijon mustard
2-6 cloves garlic (depending on personal tastes)
½ tsp salt
5-6 grinds black pepper
1-3 good sized leaves of fresh basil
1 cup extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil
Combine the vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Start the machine and, with the motor running, gradually drizzle in the oil.
