I recently defended my Ph.D. dissertation through the Department of Zoology at Southern Illinois University, studying wildlife disease ecology, and am currently teaching at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois. I have additional interests in wildlife policy and sound science-basd management, and previously worked as a policy intern for The Wildlife Society.
During my Ph.D. research, I specialized in studying Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis (Bd), the disease agent causing chytridiomycosis in amphibians. For more information about my findings, please send me an email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
