My mission is to help babies enter into the world in a calm and peaceful way, and then to help them bloom by providing families with breastfeeding support and education.

I have been working with mothers and babies for over 20 years as a maternal child health nurse and certified HypnoBirthing instructor. I have helped many women achieve their goal of natural childbirth through HypnoBirthing. I am an internationally board-certified lactation consultant and I enjoy working with families in their homes*
