WOODEN FLOORING READING - SHOWER FLOOR GROUT.
Hampton® Hotels’ volunteer Gabby Adams sands the original wooden flooring of the entrance at the St. Johnsbury Athenaeum in Vermont, Thurs., July 15, 2010, during a Hampton® Hotels’ Save-A-Landmark® refurbishment event when more than a dozen local volunteers spend the day helping to preserve the site through projects such as polishing antique furniture and woodwork and preparing the children’s library for new sustainable flooring. The St. Johnsbury Athenaum is a center for culture and learning containing both a library and historic art gallery, which was built in 1871. This year marks the 10th anniversary of Hampton Hotels’ Save-A-Landmark program and The St. Johnsbury Athenaeum is the 53rd landmark to be refurbished for future generations.
