Cake Flavors:

            Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon, Hazelnut, Strawberry, Banana, Red Velvet, Spice cake, Marble, Rum, etc.
            I also make an awesome “Faux-Carrot Cake”. It tastes like a carrot cake, but is made with pears instead of carrots, so it’s better.

 

Filling/Frosting:

            Flavored Meringue Buttercream (almost any flavor from vanilla, to lemon, chocolate, raspberry, etc.)
            Flavored Chocolate Ganache (plain chocolate, raspberry, hazelnut, etc.)
            Whipped Cream Frosting
            Cream Cheese Frosting (lemon, honey, berry or plain)
            Custard filling (vanilla, banana, lemon, etc.)

2-layer Sheet Cake:
            ½ sheet (12”x16”) - $80+

2-tier Cakes:
            6”/10” - $175+
            8”/12” - $250+

3-tier Cakes:
            6”/9”/12” - $350+
            6”/10”/14” - $400+
            8”/11”/14” - $450+
            8”/12”/16” - $500+

 + This would depend on whether the decoration requested requires fondant, sugar flowers, special ingredients or techniques.
