Peanut Butter Parfait

  • 2 cups graham crackers
  • 5 Tbs melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbs milk
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tubs (or 1 large tub)¬†frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
  • 1-2 bags of miniature Reeses, chopped


  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Spoon into the bottoms of dishes. Reserve some crumbs for garnish if desired.
  2. In the bowl of a mixer combine cream cheese, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Slowly beat in powdered sugar then fold in the whipped topping. Spoon peanut butter fluff over the graham cracker crusts then chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with reserved crumbs and peanut butter cups.
